Payment of registration fees by bank transfer and cheque are allowed. Please, identify your payment making reference to your registration unique code. To obtain this code, please register at the conference by completing and submitting the Registration form (at the bottom of this page)

Once your payment has been effected you will be informed and receive your receipt. Only then you will be considered fully registered at the conference.
On-Site Registration
Besides the registration in advance of the conference, participants are also welcome to register on-site at the conference reception desk:

Payment on-site will be accepted only in cash. There are bank facilities in the premises.

Cheques will not be accepted.
Conditions and Cancellation Policy
.
Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.

Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by IPC 10 before 20 May 2010 (e-mail: ipc10@dec.uc.pt, subject cancellation of registration; fax: +351 239 797 179). The cancellation fee is €50. Possible refunds will be processed after the event.

Cancellations after 20 May 2010 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Any claims must be received by IPC 10 not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.
Insurance
.
The registration fees do not include insurance for the participants or accompanying persons regarding accidents, sickness or loss of personal property. You are advised to make the necessary arrangements for a short-term health and accident insurance before leaving your home country.
