Aida Moreira da Silva

Aida Moreira da Silva has a PhD in Chemistry (University of Lisbon) is Associate Professor at the College of Agriculture of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra and is the responsible for the Master in Biotechnology and for the Degree in Gastronomy. It has been part of the Unidade de I&D Química-Física Molecular since its foundation, dedicating the research activity to the study of inclusion compounds based on cyclodextrins by vibrational spectroscopy and to the development of functional foods. She is the responsible for the “Halophyte plants valorisation” Activity of the SOS VALOR project.
